kapa haka
8th of the 4th 2019.
O Wednesday I went to kapa haka. kapa haka is basically maori singing and dancing.I like kapa haka because you get to learn new songs and its really fun.For some of the songs you have to do actions. One thing I love about it is that everybody loves it and its apart of our culture.our leaders are this boy and girl.I love kapa haka.It is amazing. I love it when we learn new poi actions.

Camp at Waipara
Waipara camp
On Monday the year fives went to Waipara camping grounds. On that day the weather was cold then got warmer. When we got on the bus I sat with Dzyre. it was boring on the bus because they're was nothing to do besides talk.When we got there we sat down and had lunch. After lunch we went into our groups for the activities.
The 1st activity we did Was Archery. After Archery we had dinner. For dinner we had cottage pie. The cottage pie tasted like little potato pies. Dessert tasted like chocolate melting in my mouth. After that we had chill time.
After that we had to go to brush our teeth then go to bed my cabin stayed up for a bit longer then we were meant to then we finally got to sleep.
In the morning we got dressed then brushed our teeth later that day we had breakfast then got ready for our activities. The first activity was Raft Building.It was fun we got to make Rafts.The next activity we did was giant swing I didn't go on it because it looks scary. After that we did water slide the water slide was amazing . Then we had to pack up and then head back to school and that's the end of the day.
