Te wa

          He aha te wa?
W.A.L.T: to tell Te wa in maori using maori kupu.
SC: Using mai i te and ki te.
In the past week we learnt about telling the time in maori and the maori words for them.
First we drew a clock then in the clock we drew the numbers and under the numbers we wrote the maori words for the numbers. then we write quarter to ( hauwha ki te ),half past (haurua mai i te ), o clock (karaka) and quarter past ( hauwha mai i te ). Check out me and my buddies video of te wa.
Have you ever heard of someone telling the time in maori?
