For the past to weeks the tuakana have been working on our taha tinana. I have completed 2 fitness activities. The beep test and the wall sit. I achieved a level 3.3 during my first attempt. And a level of 4.3 on my second attempt. My goal for this week is to get a level of 5.5. for the wall sit my record was 6 minutes . My goal for next week is to get 9 minutes.
Hi Jade, I think it's very cool how you can do the wall sit for 6 minutes, I could only do it for about 1 minute if I tried! Have you done it for 9 minutes yet? You have set me a goal to do at home. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteHi Jade, I like how you have told us your goal for the wall sit. Your post reminds me of when I tried to do wall sit, but it didn't last very long! Just make sure you don't have a extra full stop in your post.
